Children are sensitive beings and deeply impressionable in their formative years. Gender Sensitivity is a lifelong lesson that is imbued with the AJPS learning outcomes, right from the preparatory stage of formal education. A healthy mix of male and female students with optimal gender ratio is encouraged in classroom learning environment and activities. Equal opportunities for every gender, for collaborative projects, presentations, indoor/outdoor endeavours is the yardstick followed by our faculty members. We are indeed proud of our gender sensitive classrooms and walk the extra mile to counsel the parent community too. AJPS has been successful in creating a niche for its progressive outlook and fostering gender- sensitive programs and robust awareness mechanisms.
