School Rules

  •   Students are expected to be in school 5 minutes before the school bell rings. Discipline inculcated from a young age would become a lifelong habit. Regular attendance and punctuality to school is emphasized.
  •   Students must carry their handbook every day to school and parents must sign the day’s work without fail. Books must be brought according to the daily schedule.
  •   Students are not allowed to wear gold ornaments or carry any valuables to school.
  •   Students should carry healthy snacks, junk food should be avoided.
  •   School property should be safeguarded. If damages are found, students are responsible for the damages made. Students are sole responsible for their personal belongings.
  •   Usage of Mobile Phones, cameras, CD’s, IPods, Slam Books, magazines etc. by the students is prohibited.
  •   Students are not allowed to meet any visitors during the class hours. Only in case of emergency Students may call their parents/guardians.
  •   Students with any Medical Condition should provide Medical Certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner only.
  •   Correspondence with school should be addressed to the Principal/Class Teacher. Personal favours to the Class Teachers are discouraged. Parents/ Guardians are requested to seek prior appointment to meet the class teachers and coordinators.

General Rules of Library

  •   All students and staff of the school are members of the library.
  •   A student can borrow only two books at a time for a period of two weeks.
  •   A staff member can borrow maximum five books at a time for a period of one month.
  •   Books will be issued to the students, during the library periods. No book will be issued or returned during the teaching hours.
  •   Marking, underlining or writing on library books, periodicals, and newspapers is strictly forbidden.
  •   Reference books and current periodicals will not be issued to any member. These can be consulted only in the library.
  •   If the books are not returned within the specified time it will be viewed seriously and fine will be charged as per rules.
  •   The Librarian may call for a book at any time, even if the normal period of loan has not expired.
  •   In case of book is misused, wrongly handled or lost the person concerned will have to replace the book or pay the current market price of the book.
  •   After reading, make sure that the books, periodicals and newspapers are kept back at their respective places.
  •   The members should take good care of library furnishings and equipment. Make sure the library looks as good when you leave as it was when you came in.
  •   Library computers are for academic purpose only. Do not tamper with the computer settings. Follow the internet safety guidelines.
  •   A ‘No Dues Certificate’ by each student is to be obtained from the Librarian while his/her transfer/withdrawal from the school.
  •   Strict order and silence shall be maintained in the library.

Uniform Rules

  •   Students are expected to come to school in neat, ironed uniform every day.
  •   Identity Card is to be worn regularly.
  •   Students hair must be properly trimmed and combed. Girls with long hair are advised to plait it in two. Pony tails/loose hair is not allowed.
  •   Bloomers/shorts are to be worn regularly.
  •   Shoes and Socks are to be cleaned and washed every day.

Fees Rules

  •   Parents must ensure the payment of fees is done before the cut-off date. Any delay in the payment of fees will attract fine.
  •   Tuition Fee can be paid in 3 installments and Transport Fee can be paid in 2 installments. Please contact Admin Office for the cut-off dates.
  •   If child remains absent for more than a fortnight without informing the school or failed to remit the fees on time, then the students name will be withdrawn from the School rolls and a re-admission fee will be levied for further admission.
